Canadian dealer inventory,
priced in Canadian dollars
Every plan covers all of Canada — no radius, no region tiers. Self-serve plans have no contract and no sales call. Prices before GST/HST.
Start with the job you need done
Four products, cheapest first. Pick the row that sounds like you; the price and the detail are one click down the page.
- A CSV you open in Excel
- Pick provinces, cities, makes, models, years, body, powertrain, drivetrain
- CA$19.99 is a small file — capped at 200 vehicles
- CA$39 covers 2,500 — 12.5× the vehicles for twice the price
- Ask the market questions from inside Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent
- Six tools: search, VIN lookup, VIN decode, valuation, market stats, coverage
- Statistics over the whole dataset are free and unmetered
- Two plans — one bills calls, the other bills vehicles
- Live listings, VIN decode, valuation and market statistics over HTTPS
- Starter has no monthly fee — you pay only for the calls you make
- Set a monthly spend cap; you can never be billed past it
- Paid tiers bill overage instead of cutting you off
- The whole licensed dataset, keyset-paginated, refreshed continuously
- One province, a region, or the whole country
- Locked to the server IPs you register
- 24–48 h freshness target
Showing our data to your customers, or reselling it? That needs a redistribution or embedded licence, and no self-serve plan carries one. From CA$4,999/mo on an annual agreement, with provisioned rate limits, unlimited records, a contractual service level and named support.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST/HST, which is added at checkout for the addresses where it applies.
A file, once — Market Snapshot
Who it is for: anyone who needs the market as a spreadsheet today, with no key to manage and nothing to cancel.
Two ways in, and one of them is the value
Up to 200 vehicles, and the delivered file is capped there. For one model in one town, or a slice you already know is tiny.
Covers 2,500 vehicles — 12.5× as many for twice the price, and the per-vehicle rate keeps falling above it. Almost every real slice — a whole make, a city, a body style across two provinces — lands here.
What four real files cost
You are billed on distinct vehicles, not rows: a car advertised by three sellers is charged once and still appears once in your file. The rate falls as the slice grows, so a bigger file always costs more in total and less per vehicle.
| A slice about this big | Unique vehicles | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| One model, one city | 900 | CA$39 |
| One make across a province | 2,500 | CA$39 |
| Every used SUV in two provinces | 25,000 | CA$174 |
| A large multi-province slice | 100,000 | CA$410.25 |
See the full rate table
| Unique vehicles in your scope | Rate per vehicle |
|---|---|
| First 200 (small file) | Flat CA$19.99 for the file |
| 201 – 2,500 | Covered by the CA$39 base |
| 2,501 – 25,000 | CA$0.00600 |
| 25,001 – 100,000 | CA$0.00315 |
| 100,001 – 300,000 | CA$0.00240 |
| 300,001 and up | CA$0.00196 |
Each band's rate applies only to the vehicles inside it, so there is no cliff at a boundary. There is no ceiling — the largest file possible is every live listing in Canada. The builder prices that at CA$1,551.07 today.
What is included, and what is never charged for
- Every listing row in your scope, with the full export schema — VIN, year, make, model, trim, price and its history, odometer, specs and seller geography.
- Plain CSV or gzip, your choice at checkout. The link works up to five times and lasts seven days.
- Never charged: the quote. Price the whole of Canada as many times as you like — the builder shows the exact vehicle count and total before a card is entered.
- Never charged twice: a vehicle listed at several sellers counts once.
- The one limit worth knowing: a CA$19.99 small file is capped at 200 vehicles on every download, not just at the moment you buy. Files at CA$39 and above carry no cap at all — you get the whole slice, however much it has grown by the time you download it.
Worked example
You want every used SUV in Alberta and Saskatchewan from the last five model years. The builder says 24,500 unique vehicles; the price it quotes is CA$171, charged once. There is no subscription to cancel afterwards.
Build a snapshotQuestions in Claude or ChatGPT — the MCP server
Who it is for: analysts and agent builders who want to ask the Canadian market questions in the tool they already work in, rather than write code against an API.
The two plans reach the same six tools and the same data. They differ in what they bill: Agent bills the tool calls you make, Analyst bills the distinct vehicles it shows you. Pick the one that matches which of those two you will run out of first.
- 5,000 tool calls per month
- Up to 20 listings per call
- 10,000 distinct vehicles per month
- Statistics, counts and VIN decode over the whole dataset — free and unmetered
- No overage: the key stops on the allowance, it never surprises you
- 25,000 distinct vehicles per month — our lowest published per-vehicle rate
- 15,000 tool calls per month, up to 20 listings each
- Statistics over the entire corpus are unlimited and never charged
- On the vehicle allowance, statistics keep serving; only new vehicles stop
A valuation counts as ten calls against the allowance; every other tool counts as one. Both plans reach the MCP server only — the REST API is a separate product below. How we count →
Worked example
You compare three trims across Alberta and the answer draws on about 140 individual vehicles. That is 140 of Agent's 10,000 vehicles for the month — about 1.4% of it — and every count, median and distribution you ran on the way is free.
An internal tool — the REST API
Who it is for: a developer putting live Canadian listings inside something their own company uses — a dashboard, a desking screen, a valuation step.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | Records / call | Records / month | Keys | At the limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter Most builds start here | CA$0 | Pay per call CA$0.002 each | 10 | 200,000 | 1 | No allowance to exceed. Past the record limit the page size reduces for the rest of the month; a monthly spend cap is the hard stop. |
| Team | CA$149 | 25,000 pooled | 50 | 500,000 pooled | Up to 3 | Overage CA$0.0020 per call — we never cut a paid key off. |
| Growth | CA$479 | 250,000 | 100 | 2,000,000 | Up to 10 | Overage CA$0.0015 per call — we never cut a paid key off. |
Compare all features
| Plan | Requests / sec | Overage per call | Hosted MCP server | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 5 | No allowance | Not included — MCP is sold on the Agent and Analyst plans | A per-customer monthly spend cap applies; contact us to adjust it. |
| Team | 5 | CA$0.0020 | Not included — MCP is sold on the Agent and Analyst plans | Keys are managed self-serve; the key issued at checkout anchors the subscription. |
| Growth | 20 | CA$0.0015 | Not included — MCP is sold on the Agent and Analyst plans | Priced in CAD and locked while you stay. |
A call is a request returning up to 25 records; a larger page counts proportionally. Past a monthly record limit we do not cut you off — the page size reduces for the rest of the month while statistics and lookups keep working. Full terms →
Worked example
Your internal tool makes 8,000 calls in a month on Starter. At CA$0.002 a call that is CA$16, invoiced monthly, with no monthly fee underneath it. The same 8,000 calls on Team would cost CA$149 — you move up for the three keys and the one invoice, not for the volume.
Get an API keyThe whole market on your server — the licensed Feed
Who it is for: a team that needs the corpus itself, continuously, inside their own infrastructure rather than one call at a time.
A person sets up every feed and locks it to your server, which is how we keep the data from being resold. Pricing depends on how you will use it; internal analytics at one company starts at the prices shown.

Annual prepay is offered on any feed: Canada-wide is CA$1,999 a month, or CA$19,190 for twelve months paid up front. The price for your selection is stated on the Checkout link we send you, and that stated price governs.
Need it just once rather than continuously? A one-time file of every live listing in Canada is a Market Snapshot — priced by the same builder, with nothing to cancel.
How we count
A vehicle is one physical car, identified by its VIN. On the MCP server you are charged for each different vehicle you are shown in a calendar month; being shown the same one again that month is free. On the REST API you are charged for calls, each returning up to your plan's number of records, with a monthly record limit alongside it. A one-time Snapshot is charged on the distinct vehicles in your scope.
Market statistics, counts and averages are always free, on every plan, over the whole dataset — they show you no individual vehicle, so they are charged against nothing.
Pull 500 Civics on Monday and the same 500 on Friday: that is 500 vehicles, not 1,000. The same car advertised by two dealers is two listings and one vehicle.
What you may do with the data
Plain-language summary of the licence on each product. The Terms of Service are what actually govern; where they and this table ever disagree, the Terms win.
| You want to… | Snapshot | MCP | API | Feed | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Use the data inside your own organisation | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes, from your registered IPs | Yes |
| Analyse it and quote the figures in your own internal reporting | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Show listings or values to your own customers in your product | No | No | No | No | Yes, by agreement |
| Resell, sublicense or publicly republish the records | No | No | No | No | Yes, by agreement |
| Keep a continuous full copy of the dataset on your own server | No | No | No | Yes | Yes |
Publishing figures outside your organisation — in an article, a report you sell, or a public dashboard — is not covered by the internal-use licence and is not something the Terms address today. Email support@omniaauto.ca and we will answer in writing.
Questions people ask before they buy
What counts as a vehicle, and what if the same car is listed by several dealers?
A vehicle is one physical car, identified by its VIN, and it is counted once no matter how many sellers advertise it. Those are still two listings, and both rows appear in a Snapshot file, but you are charged for one vehicle.
What happens when I hit my limit?
On the MCP plans the key stops serving new vehicles or new calls until the 1st of the next month, while statistics, counts and vehicles you have already seen keep working; there is no overage and no surprise invoice. On the paid REST tiers we do not cut you off — calls beyond the allowance are billed as overage, and past a monthly record limit the page size reduces rather than the service stopping.
Are the prices in Canadian dollars, and is tax included?
Every price on this page is in Canadian dollars. They are shown before tax; GST/HST is added at checkout and on each invoice at the rate for your billing address, and you can enter your own GST/HST number at checkout so it appears on your invoices.
Can I cancel anytime, and do you refund?
You can cancel a subscription anytime in the billing portal and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already incurred are not refundable, with one exception written into the Terms: if a Feed is interrupted during a paid period we refund that period pro-rata against our measured uptime.
How fresh is the data?
The corpus is rebuilt continuously and we target 24 to 48 hours of freshness. A Snapshot is generated from the live dataset at the moment you download it, not from a stale export, and the date the data itself carries is published on the front page rather than computed from a clock.
What is the difference between a Snapshot and the Feed?
A Snapshot is one file of one scope, bought once, with nothing to cancel. The Feed is a continuous licensed copy of the dataset, provisioned by hand, locked to your server's IP addresses and billed monthly — you buy it when the data needs to live inside your infrastructure rather than in a spreadsheet.
Can I use this inside my own product?
Not on a self-serve plan: Snapshot, MCP, API and Feed are all licensed for your organisation's own internal use. Showing our listings or values to your customers, or passing the records on, needs a redistribution or embedded licence, which is what an Enterprise agreement is for — see the licence table above.
Do you cover independent dealers, or only franchised ones?
Both.
Is there a free way to try it?
Yes — a free 20-row sample of one province, with the same fields as the paid file and no card and no signup. Market statistics, counts and VIN decode are also free and unmetered on every plan, so you can size the market before you buy any of it.
Check the data first
